Our bodies do not lie. Unchecked stress in our everyday life impacts our physical wellbeing by contribung to chronic diseases and bodily tensions. Much of that stress may come from the ways we engage with others, the types of engagements we see around us, trying to do too much or an inability to create successful outcomes with others in family, work, community, and friend interacons. Even strangers in lines at the store, on the road, or simply in another country living their lives may impact our health.
Come learn the healing power of mindful engagement through the DynamicDialogue Program. We will share with you an experienal learning process focusing on two of the core pracces: Awareness and Compassion. Each session will consist of exercises that provide concepts and pracces designed to help you create space and connecon in your everyday life, during and beyond the session.
These sessions will help you to:
Manage stressful situaons through mindfulness.
Increase ability to engage and maintain healthy relaonships.
Understand unhealthy dynamics and learn to change them.
Learn ways to become more compassionate to self and others.
